AEVES (ACE Eco-value Employment Services) is the recruitment and skills training arm of ACE (Action for Community & Environment), a registered UK environmental charity. ACE was established in 2012 to engage and empower people to create positive change towards a socially & environmentally sustainable future.

Since 2014 our “Eco-Diversity” project has been tackling skills shortages within the Waste and Sustainable Resource Management sector.
Cooperating with the JobCentre, we’ve upskilled hundreds of unemployed workers through this initiative; improving their confidence, employability, and qualifications.

Appropriate candidates were recruited by Aeves and supported into work, further training, or both. We strive to work collaboratively with employers to achieve the best outcomes for them and their workers.

AEVES is comitted to:

♦ Providing a more effective service to match trained candidates to employers than traditional recruiters – whilst demonstrating commitment to the Public Services ‘Social Value Act.’ 2012
♦ Improving the knowledge, skills, motivation & employability of our candidates for employers
♦ Increasing staff retention – reducing employers’ recruitment & training costs
♦ Developing and managing strategic partnerships with local DWP offices, colleges, & skills’ providers to maximise recruitment and additional training opportunities
♦ Generating revenue to support ACE environmental, social, and community objectives
♦ Promoting job opportunities, available training, & career development via ACE/ AEVES
